Welcome to Kyoto Tourist Information Center, the central for travelling in Kyoto. Our center is a place to fulfill each customer's wishes for any Japan trip.
Information in the center is available up to 18 languages. And for Japanese, English, Indonesian and Russian speaking staffs are always available.
Advance restaurant/tour/hotel reservations and luggages hotel deliveries are also available from direct emails and websites!

Baggage Storage

Leave your luggages at the TIC and go sightseeing in Kyoto light and empty-handed!
We will store your luggages from 10:30-19:00. Same price as long as it is within the business hours.
Prices will vary depending on the size. The price will start from 500 yen per piece.
Wi-Fi Rental

Wi-Fi has become an indispensable item for traveling!
With a Wi-Fi, you can look at maps, get information, and instantly share your experiences in Japan with your friends and family on social media.
※Advance reservations and hotel deliveries are available through direct emails and websites!
※Prices: 1 week (4,500 yen~), 2 weeks (7,200 yen-), etc. Long term rentals are also available!
SIM Card

With a SIM card, you can easily use data communication (Internet, email, etc.) in Japan at a reasonable price!
Optional Tours

We offers variety of day and overnight bus tour leaving from Kyoto/Osaka to explore Kansai and beyond.
Some tours are guided in an English and some are in Japanese with translating device. This is a great and easy way to explore new places and find local cuisines that you can only find there.

We have a wide variety of unique products, from kimono scarf/hijab to dry bonsai kit.
