The 20th Century Pear, known as the king of pears, is one of the protagonists of Tottori's autumn gastronomy.
Nijusseiki pears are characterised by their clear, pale green skin and fresh juice with a refreshing sweetness and the right sourness. -
MOSA SHRIMP
Known as 'phantom shrimp', this Tottori delicacy can only be found on the Sea of Japan. The fantastic taste of the mosa shrimp, with its strong sweetness and rich flavour, can only be experienced on a trip to Tottori, where Sakaiminato, one of the best fishing ports in Japan, is located.
